Nathan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training in 2013 while attending East Central University on a baseball scholarship. There he received the 2012 Athletic Trainer of the Year Award before moving on to complete an Athletic Training internship with the Indianapolis Colts professional football team. In 2013 Nathan began his studies at the University of Southern California in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program.

While working on his degree Nathan gained certification through the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in order to further his knowledge of high level return to sport progressions. Additionally, while in school he worked for the University of Southern California as an Athletic Trainer in the Club Sports Department where he managed athletes from 56 club sports teams. During his time at the University of Southern California Nathan trained under leading researchers in shoulder pathology and overhead athletes, participated in clinical research for Major League Baseball and worked with professional athletes from the NFL, MLB, XFL, NHL, and WTA. Following completion of his doctorate degree Nathan pursued the Orthopedic Residency Program at the University of Southern California graduating in 2017.

Nathan has attended continuing education courses for; myofascial release and ART, ACL injury prevention, evaluation and treatment of golf injuries, evaluation and treatment of football injuries, lower extremity sport specific functional assessments and readiness to play, dynamic trunk and pelvic control in running athletes, current concepts and controversies in rehabilitation of the throwing athlete, integration of the kinetic chain in the throwing athlete, elbow pitching mechanics and UCL risk factors in adult and youth pitchers, recovery considerations in athletic injury, recurrent and chronic low back pain, non-arthritic hip pain, wrist and hand disorders, respiratory influences on core stability, effect of exercise on tendinopathy and the diagnosis and management of rotator cuff disease.

Nathan strives to provide personalized treatment programs with an understanding that each patient is unique and their rehabilitation programs should be as well. His drive and determination to provide the highest quality of care possible push him to stay current with evidence-based medicine and cutting edge treatment techniques. He believes that the foundation of any successful physical therapy program lies open communication between patient and therapist and consistent reflection/re-evaluation of the plan of care. Vincent graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola Marymount University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Natural Sciences with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy. He then received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016 from the University of Southern California.

Vincent brings extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine, working with individuals of all ages and activity levels to help them achieve optimal recovery and performance. His passion lies in not only restoring function but empowering patients to exceed their pre-injury capabilities. With a strong background as a multi-sport athlete and a deep love for baseball, he integrates his firsthand knowledge of sports demands into his practice. He specializes in biomechanics assessment, combining precise manual therapy techniques with targeted, functional exercise programs to address the root cause of dysfunction and optimize movement. In his professional career, he has extensive experience in the high school, collegiate and professional settings working with athletes across multiple realms including The NFL, MLB, Bellator, Martial Arts, Dance, Ballet, Volleyball, Skateboarding, Rowing, and Surfing. Monique received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy from Arizona State University in 2014. She went on to earn her Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Degree from Loma Linda University in 2015 where she graduated top of her class and received a Clinical Excellence Award during her clinical rounds at Hoag Outpatient Rehabilitation Center.

Coming from an athletic background of figure skating, volleyball and softball, Monique’s experiences have led her to a career in physical therapy and a passion for human movement. In her professional career she has had experience with a variety of patient populations ranging from youth and professional athletes, to weekend warriors and Olympic athletes. She has been specially trained in treating rotational athletes such as baseball players, surfers and golfers. With a strong manual therapy background, Monique integrates dynamic neuromuscular stabilization exercises with hands-on techniques to restore patient’s optimal movement patterns. Logan graduated from Dominican University of CA in 2021 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. While at Dominican, he played for the NCAA DII Men’s Soccer team and captained the team his Senior year. He then received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from California State University, Northridge in August of 2024.

While at Northridge, Logan completed a clinical internship with the Los Angeles Dodgers Major League staff during spring training and remained with the staff for the 2024 season. During his time with the Dodgers, he developed his skills in manual therapy, bio-mechanical analysis and developed return to sport progressions for the players. Logan’s treatments emphasize manual therapy to help the body regain mobility followed by active, functional movements to maximize performance.

Breanna Urasaki was born and raised in San Diego county. In 2015, she moved to Huntington Beach while earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. After graduating, she remained in the greater LA area and attended the University of Southern California to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Throughout her coursework, she gained clinical experience with a range of orthopedic, sports, post-operative, and neurologic populations.

Her passion for patients with orthopedic conditions led her to participate in USC’s Orthopedic Residency program to pursue further specialization where she continued her clinical practice in Santa Monica. Stephanie Watson graduated from CSU Fullerton in 2020 with a BS in Kinesiology and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York Medical College (NYMC) in 2024. While at NYMC, Stephanie’s doctoral research project focused on Running Gait Analysis.

Growing up in the California Bay Area, Stephanie played for various club soccer teams, competed internationally during the summers, and coached club soccer at CSU Fullerton.

In her professional career prior to physical therapy, Stephanie has a rich history in personal training and coaching. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and CrossFit CF-L1 coach, Stephanie incorporates her own athletic and coaching experience to focus on functional movements and the concepts of triple extension. She has completed continuing education courses in TMJ dysfunction, facial pain, and headaches, as well as blood flow restriction training. 

Stephanie previously served as the Director of Wellness Programs at Tustin Physical Therapy. In addition, she developed a prehabilitation program for geriatrics in AltaFit in New York.
